Tire Installation and Balancing
Making your ride smooth.
Tires are not all created equally round. In fact, some are unevenly weighted. Tires are balanced with small weights to provide a smoother and safer ride. Tire balancing is often performed with rotations to ensure tires will wear evenly. When Should My Tires Be Balanced?
Vibrations may be felt when a car's speed increases on the road. An uneven tire can even be felt through the floorboards. Because customers often neglect or forget to bring a car in for balance, our service technicians can determine the need for balancing. Oftentimes, wheels should be balanced at the same time as a rotation based on wear or mileage. There are many benefits to wheel balancing, such as:
- A smoother ride with less noise
- A balanced mind with a focus on the road
- Increase the longevity of a tire, delay its wear
- Enhanced for tires and drive train components
